Behind the Behavior Psychology, PLLC is an “out of network” fee for service practice. What does this mean? We are not contracted with insurance carriers or Medicaid, however we will provide you with the appropriate documentation that you can submit for insurance reimbursement.
Private pay or fee for service practice offers an additional layer of confidentiality as no diagnosis is placed onto you or your child’s mental health record. BTB will provide you with a Super Bill (receipt of services) to submit to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement. Please check with your insurance provider to learn details about your out-of-network mental health benefits. Although BTB does not directly accept insurance, we do accept cash, credit, debit, as well as HSA cards and FSA payments (pre-tax dollars!).

o Do I need pre-authorization, referral, or approval from my family physician or child’s pediatrician?

Comprehensive Assessment— $3,200 All Inclusive
Intake Session, In-Person Testing, Electronic Behavior Rating Forms, Document Review, School/Clinical Interviewing, Comprehensive Report with Individualized Recommendations, School Meeting, & Feedback Session
ADHD, Educational, and IQ Testing (under 4 hours) — $400/hr
Intake Session ($240/hr), In-Person Testing, Electronic Behavior Rating Forms, Diagnostic/Written Report, & Feedback Session ($240/hr).
Executive Function Training, Academic, and ADHD Coaching — $175/hr
Intake Session ($200/hr), Follow-up sessions including: Specialized Goal Planning, Self-Regulation Training, School/Work Based Organization, Individualized Skill Building for ADHD
College Prep and Planning — $200/hr
High School Course Guidance, College Planning Research, List Preparation, Application Completion, Timeline Monitoring, and Interview Preparation
Cancellation Policy
BTB Psychology prioritizes our clients by reserving a space for each session. If you would like to cancel or reschedule an appointment, BTB asks that you do so with at least 24-hour notice. Anyone cancelling an appointment with less than a 24-hour notice will be charged the full session fee. A super bill will not be provided as insurance will not reimburse for missed or cancelled appointments. We will charge the credit card on file for no shows and cancellations at the time of your scheduled session.
